    I have had my 5610z for a little over a year now and I am having some problems.
    I am wanting to do a complete reformat but my DVD drive is not showing up. It has power and will eject but according the the computer it is not even there. I cannot find any drivers online for it nor will it read my reinstall disk. Help please.
