Anyone know what type of video RAM this specific model is equipped with? Haven't had any luck finding detailed specs on it yet.

It's more complicated than that. There is no HD2500 in the first place- it's X2500. It's in fact based on X1700.
In the available specifications of TravelMate 5720G the card mentioned is X2500 with 256MB DDR2.

To stress it out- 5720G-602G25Mn is not an Aspire- it's TravelMate and on Danish Acer website this model is said to be equipped with X2600 512MB.

The point is there is no X2600- it's either X2500 or HD2600- which are very different cards. Still TravelMates 5720G other than 602G25Mn for example 302G15Mi are referred to as X2500 notebooks.

If you look into INF files of drivers available at ACER Europe ftp- for both Vista and XP you won't find anything about X2600 nor HD2600.

So either this is a typo or ACER is planning an upgrade of 5720G which seems a good idea now that HD2600 is available.
If you take a while and visit acer.com you can see that ASPIRE 5720G that was previously available only with HD2300 is now offered with HD2600 so the upgrade theory would make some sense, but the same site states nothing about TravelMate 5720G with anything else than X2500.

Yeah, but the point is whether this thing is a x2500 or HD2600.
All models except for 602G25Mn are labeled x2500, so is it a typo or an upgdade with a typo? :confused2:
