Does anyone happen to find an ati GFX driver from acer that is opencl compatible and works on HD4570 because the 5738G driver doesn't have opencl support

Unfortunately, ATi lacks the mobile driver releases that Nvidia has, so you've got two options.
    1. Wait until Acer releases a newer ATi driver.
    2. Get the latest desktop release from ATi direct, and use the Mobility Modder here.

Not sure - post in the Gaming forum asking if anyone using them has seen an increase in heat.
