Possibly, you have to flash your video-cards bios. You bought it from ebay used or new?

Ask to seller, which notebook BIOS version was flashed intoyour videocard. For example, GT240M are three or four versions of BIOS -for Acer, Asus, Dell... On that depends which drivers you have to use. That is one thing.
Other thing is that you might have to install specific drivers. Try to download bios of your card using NiBiTor software. Than upload it here. I`ll try to recognize, is it for Acer or not. Maybe the problem is there.ajoleyte likes this. -
the seller has no idea about that. But the truth is card is new and working.

This is enough if you are 100% confident, that at flashing process through windows nothing goes wrong. Even usual windows service can corrupt the flashing process. After that your BIOS`ll be wrongly flashed (your notebook`ll not work after that). To ensure as maximum % of successive flashing as possible, go safe mode, turn off antivirus and UAC, only after that try to flash your BIOS through windows. Don`t forger to charge the battery on 100% and plug AC to your notebook. Whatever can happen, don`t interrupt the flashing process!

Disable UAC through windows control panel. Than plug AC to notebook, charge battery to 100%, than try to flash bios.

i did it. before the bios update i tried to change nvidia inf file its in " C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\195.62\WinVista_Win7_64\International\nvao"
than it'll open the NOTEPAD after that i looked my VGA HARDWARE ID (NOT IN GPU Z) USE WINDOWS to see hardware id like ths
than changed "all codes" which starts with 0CA9

%NVIDIA_DEV.0CA9.02% = Section022, pci\ven_10de&dev_ 0CA9&subsys_021E1
than saved and exit, installed the driver.
"C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\195.62\WinVista_Win7_64\International\setup"
its done
THE RESULT iS (sorry for the language :/ )

It will be delivered to me from 8th of october to 17th of october. Hope it will be delivered at 8th of october. I`ve searched video card like this for a year, approximatelly. Bought this card, because it is cheap and has ROM chip factory-soldered on it. And yeah, it is really strong card for our notebook.
