    Hello All,

I would like to get some MXM-III notebook which has a good potential for upgrades. I own 5920g which I like a lot, even put hd3650 dd3 there. But cooling system of this notebook isn't well and needs some dancing to make it work good enough when I will try to upgrade to hd4650 or hd4670 and some better cpu like x9100. I know it is possible but it is limited to MXM-II anyway.

So I am looking for some newer MXM notebook 15.6 to have fun with upgrades. Looks like the cheapest and good options are 5739G, 5935G. I don't play a lot so the graphic possibilities would be enough for me.

They look almost the same, I can't find answers on the following questions:
    1) Could you please let me know which one is better from the upgrade view point.
    2) What is the biggest difference between of them ?
    3) Which one you would advice and why?

    Thank you guys.

P.S. I got an option to buy 5739G and got worried if I should and won't regret that didn't wait for 5935G

The 5739g is much easier to upgrade. Basically the same insides. But the 5935g has to be taken apart fully to get at the CPU and gpu. The 5739g has a bottom cover. Very powerful, and under rated in the current market I think.

5935G has a slightly better cooling system and a backlit keyboard though....

I must admit I wanted the backlit keyboard. But was going to be annoying to change the CPU and GPU and there thermal paste etc. I also always find that one or two clips get broken no matter how careful I am when dismantling a laptop.
