Purchased this notebook 5 days ago and I have a touchpad issue, just trying to rule out software before I return.

This happens every time I start the computer up.

The left click button acts as the right button. When I plug a external mouse in the the left click works correctly but the right does not work. Some times with out a external mouse I can get the left click to work but the right click will still not work.

I have done a factory restore and the problem still persist, I have uninstalled, deleted drivers and reinstalled drivers, the problem still persist.

I really don't know, but you could try checking to see that your mouse is set up for right handed. It was a question asked in the first setup as I recall, but you should still be able to change it through Control Panel.
