    5810t high power consumption?

    Hi, I recently bought a 5810 and Im having a far lower battery time then I expected. Even when running everything at maximum power saving in W7 I get no more then 3-3.5 hours or so. This is a huge bummer for me as it was the main reason I bought the laptop. Any help on this?

    you might have the 100% cpu problem

    What is that? The only thing I can see that uses a lot of cpu is the standard system idle thingy.

    same problem here, but i get about 5 hours
    i don't have the "100% cpu" problem

    Help anyone? I am trying to install the acer epower thingy but not quite sure what if it does anything or how it works. I also have no idea what gfx it is using and how to turn the ati card on and off.
