See screenshot. These values are from idle system. When I play games I can literally cook meal on it. So far I have been cooking my own wrist, which isn't good for my health. Is this a known problem?

Time to do some cleaning of the vents (canned air or at least vacuum cleaner) and if that doesn't work apply new thermal paste.
5820TGs run hotter than some older (non-metal) notebooks but not nearly this hot.

    Won't this void my warranty?

Well- it kind of will. If you disassemble the laptop apply new thermal compound and put it back together without braking anything (which is not hard) no one will notice that you've opened it.
Try cleaning the vents first- see how much it helps.

I'm not planing to apply thermal compound, only to clean vents. I have cat at home, so this might be a reason, heh.

I wasn't able to gain full acces to main vent. Even after removing all crews there was still something that was holding keybord to motherboard.

Here's a service guide for Aspire 5820T- it uses the same chassis as 5820TG.

Note: Service Guides can be shared here only if hosted by Acer.

How long have you had the laptop?

Also, look at the links in my sig. Might be useful to you, especially fan control.
