    Hi there,

I have an Acer Aspire 5920G with a Blu-Ray Drive that I got new for Christmas 2008 from CCL Computers.

Whenever I insert a disc of any sort, the drive doesn't recognise that it's been inserted.

When I open My Computer, it appears as no disc in the drive - when I double-click on the icon, I get the message: "Please insert a disc into F:" and the drive ejects.

    Please help!!!

    Thanks, Michael

Hi, the notebook is under warrenty? I do suggest you contact CCL and don't try to effect a repair if you've not done anything to modify the software/hardware...
