I know that many people take their 8600m GT 256MB's up to 600 or so, but what is a reasonable overclock to keep 24/7 ? Is it safe to keep an overclock 24/7 or better to just turn it on during gaming, ( i usually game from 1-3 hours at a time) I wouldn't mind just turning it on during gaming. I'm talking about the most stressful games as well Crysis, COD4... What are safe temperatures under load and idle? What temperature should i ALWAYS stay under? I know that laptops differ so what can I expect from my 5920G in terms of overclocking?

Keep your VGA temps below 92C .5920G easily hit 90C when playing Crysis. 95C is the throttle point
