Seem to remember dolby headphone being marketed for the 5920G but I can't find the option for it anywhere in the sound card driver/software. Does anyone know where it is or if it's there at all?
Thanks

If anyone with the 5920G could have a quick check to see if dolby headphone is included it'd be much appreciated as this is a feature I would love to be able to use.

I am sure you can use dolby headphones on 5920G. When I had Vista I used it. I have now XP and in case you have XP as well here is a screen shot:

It may be similar with Vista, I don't remember. -
Thanks for the reply. The control panel I have is different than the one you showed as it is branded as acer & not realtek. Anyway just did a little test and it turns out that the dolby home theatre option changes depending on whether you have your headphones plugged in or not. It defaults to dolby virtual speaker but when I plugged my headphones in it must have used jack sensing as it switched to dolby headphone. Although a neat trick it's not a good interface choice IMHO. Anyway looks like I've found what I've been looking for. Thanks for your help.
