This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     5920G and wireless card network problem

    I had Win Xp SP2 installed on my Aspire and everything was OK. One morning the wireless connection stopped working. The wireless card could detect neither my Zyxel wireless router nor any other network wireless network availiable in my area.
    Then I installed Vista Ultimate x64 and Acer eManagement. Now the wireless card detects wireless networks but I every time I try to connect to router I get "Connection failed" message.
