    Hey guys.

I bought my 5920G back in 2007 and its still going strong. So strong in fact that I have decided just to upgrade its memory, DVD drive and graphics card as opposed to buying a brand new laptop. I found plenty of material for replacing memory and GPU but not so much for the DVD drive.

Anyway, back in 2007 the Bluray-HD war was still ongoing and I ended up with HD-DVD lol. In my student days I never once needed a Bluray but I want one now so can anyone suggest how to replace the drive?

There are laptop Bluray drives for sale on Ebay all the time. Would an "acer aspire 6920g cd/dvd/blueray player" fit the 5920g? How easy is it to replace?

    Comments appreciated
