By the way I recommend 169.XX driver from laptopvideo2go.com if you don't already have them.

If you're talking about the graphic driver then you can get the modded INF from laptopvideo2go.com. -
I can only imagine the performance increases we'd get if we put on a newer driver!!!

Install launch manager (check out lithus' link). Scroll through the list of drivers and you should find the ones for webcam/mic.

got my mic working but still no cam
-
just on the fly that perhaps it would work, Eric...have you tried Windows Update to see if it detects any hardware drivers?
-
well i tried the windows update and it didnt work. i downloaded the camera drivers and have the acer crystal eye webcam folder but the only thing that is there is the option to uninstall.
-
When you install the webcam drivers it won't install the acer crystal eye program.
Check the webcam in another program, like webcammax, skype, or msn messenger.
I found that mine worked, but the Acer program was never installed.
As for the touchpad buttons, that is a whole different story, I've tried every driver combination possible and only my play button does something... it opens up a list of cd drives. Good luck with that. -
im kinda kool with the touch pad buttons not working because i mostly just hit it on accident and it makes that loud noise. yeah thanks for the help with the camera works fine. my 5920g is working great now thanks for all the help from everyone.
