So I bumped into this new laptop with montevina. How does 9600gt compare to 8600m gt, 9500m gs, and 9650m gs?
By the way I like the black look a whole lot better than the white look of the current gemstones... drool...

i think 9600M GT in between 8600M GT DD3 & 9650GS DDR3 -
Did you find a place that has released it yet or preorder? I havn't heard much about it lately
and the 9600gt gddr3 is about the same as the 9650gs/8700gt but it uses less power -

I've bought this computer in norway, but the problem is that there is NADA drivers on acers website. The 9600m-gt performes great, so the only thing on this computer that is a little bit slow, is the cpu. Since this computer is so new I havent found a way to overclock the cpu and to disable the damned touch buttons on the side. Still Im VERY satisfied.. this computer even got e-sata port! 50-70mb/s copy speed from external drive is nice

hey folks,
seems the acer 5930G rig hasn't been dicovered yet - though its one of the best price/value for gaming at the moment. device start from 900 Euro here in germany. And if you don't fancy odd german articles, heres the review in englisch.
