Got myself a 5935G having a couple problems with the switchable graphics side of things.
It has got a 6770m fitted currently. This could be the main issue.

When the laptop arrived, the power smart button connector had been ripped from the board. Having resoldered that back on, the light works perfectly as does the button. However, when I set the BIOS to switchable, it booted up and started installing the VGA drivers and when it rebooted, the screen was just blank...I hear the Windows 7 boot sound and login after swiping my fingerprint. The machine works perfectly with the integrated selected from the BIOS as with the discrete card.

Has anyone had this problem? I was having the problem on BIOS version V1.11 and now upgraded to V2.09. It hasn't helped.

Not an important problem, would just be neat to be able to switch on the fly to save on heat more than anything else.
