Hi, I am from Brazil and I would like to ask you some help.
I have a 6920G-8888 notebook, with windows vista home 64 SP1 installed and updated, and it has less than 2 months of use (I bought it august 19). Today, when I did press the button to turn it on the screen remained black and nothing happened.
I tested with and without the battery, as well as another monitor: the same black screen.
F2 in order to see the BIOS and Alt+F10 to try recovery of windows vista also failed.
BLuetooth led is always on (I dont know why I cant turn it off). The fan works too. Boot from a linux live-cd does not work either.
Could you please help me?

Sounds like a BIOS failure.
Pretty sure there's a guide here on NBR on how to make an emergency BIOS restore disk. -
I've found a guide how to recover laptop after the bios failure... link. Full version here. Unfortunely, this guide in russian, so i recomend you to use the Google Translate service to translate it.
In few words:
1) you need to download the kit to make Crysis Disc: link. unpack it into some folder
2) you need to get the BIOS image for your laptop and rename it to BIOS.WPH and copy to the folder with kit
3) put the USB flash drive into USB port. This flash drive will be formatted, so its good idea to copy all data from it to PC
4) Run the WINCRIS.EXE
5) Click Start.
6) Unplug the battery and power from the laptop. Put the USB flash drive into USB port of laptop
7) Press Fn + ESC and plug the power connector
8) Hold those buttons 5-15 sec
9) After 3-5 min laptop should start
6920G does not boot
