    Hello all.

    I just picked up a 6930-6805.

I tried hooking up to a 720P LCD via HDMI while playing a blu-ray and I get an error saying the graphics card is inadequate. My model has the Nvidia 9600m GT.
Is there a setting I need to configure?

    Thanks.

Btw, my screen is the 1366X768.

I found this on another website...

For anybody with an Acer laptop equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD drive who is getting "Incompatible graphics driver, error code 0122" when connecting to LCD tv via HDMI - HDMI or DVD - HDMI, the resolution is to disable the laptop screen.
In "Windows Mobility" select the external display section and then set display to external only.

    Thanks.

Thanks for posting what you found. FYI, unless there's a difference within the 6930 series, the laptop has an NVidia 9600GS video card and not the 9600GT...still a great laptop video card....just not quite as strong as the 9600GT. Thanks.

Funny thing, the specs read 1080 native and 9600 GS.

I got 766 and the GT. I'd rather have the other screen but I guess it equalized a little.

What I really need to get used to is the poor viewing angle. I do a lot of photo processing and this screen is making things difficult. The horizontal isn't bad. The vertical sucks. :(
