    6930G upgrade or get new laptop

    Hi so the motherboard on my 6930g has died.

    so i need a new motherboard is there anything i need to know like 2 types one with intergrated graphixs and one without.

    the CPU im getting is
    INTEL CORE 2 DUO T9600 2.8GHz LAPTOP CPU PROCESSOR 6M 1066MHz SLG9F

    this ok?

    the GPU is

    NVidia GeForce 9600M GT MXM II DDR3 512MB VG.9PG06.006 VGA Video Card AS-IS*

    is this ok is there better is there anything i need to watchout for?

    just get t9300 mobile cpu and you will be fine :) anything more is just overkill/costs more and only faster by 100mhz
    and will likely cook your laptop. i will refer you to this thread if you want to know more about cpu upgradeds
    its for the 6920 but the 6930 is jsut the same but larger screen and keyboard with numberpad.

    as for the motherboard the aspire 6920/30 series all came with MXM II SLOT type cards so your nvidia card will work in a replacement board
