I have an Acer 751h-1351 with Win7 Ultimate (just did a clean install before I posted this) and Intel GMA500 driver version 8.14.10.2003, which is the version posted on Acer's site.

I have adjusted the Gamma down to like 0.4 because I like it that way, but the settings will NOT stick - they reset to some sort of default every time I reboot the computer.

I looked on Intel's site and they list version 5.0.0, posted 12/18/2009, but it says that it is for developer use only, which leads me to believe it could be buggy.

Should I just install the newest driver or what? How can I get it so that the gamma STOPS resetting itself and retains the values I enter in the Intel control panel??

    Thanks!!!
