OKAY I don't know WHY my thread was deleted before I could even look at some answers as I used the search and there isn't anyone else posting the same questions about ACER 5920G with 8600 m GT 256MB so PLEASE DON'T DELETE MY THREAD!!  If you are going to delete my thread please post a PM to me on why.

    Anyways my questions are:
    1) What is a safe temperature for the Acer 5920G with overclocking the 8600m GT 256MB. idle and load
    2) What is a safe overclock in terms of mhz to do with the Acer 5920G
    3) Can I keep it 24/7 or is it better to turn it on just for gaming?
    4) Does it train battery life more on idle?

    Thankyou,

    thelaptopguy

5% ? That's nothing. I want a decent overclock, just want to know what's safe.

    1. If you're getting over 95C it's too hot.
    2. Don't know :p
    3. Why don't you sleep it instead of keeping it on? Waste of energy?
    4. Drain more battery life on idle compared to what?
