    8930 Shuts down, yet it doesn't shut down

    Having a puzzling time with my 8930G. Just recently when I shut the system down it goes through the shut-down process as normal. Yet as it shuts down and the screen goes blank, the power button remaims lit as does the CineDash. The laptop has turned itself off, yet these two remain lit??
    I'm very puzzled as I've never had this before.

    my cinedash has no lights on it when i turn my laptop off fully (not hibernation or stand by). my power button turns off also but the bit(line) above the power button remains lit blue as long as the laptop is pluged in.

    i cant see how the cinedash can remain lit if the laptop is off, as its using no power what so ever.

    Its wierd. I don't have the laptop plugged in and select shut down as normal. Yet these lights remain lit when the laptop shuts down. I'm very confused

    try pulling th battery out for 15min, then put back in.

    After shutting down last nite i just left the laptop hoping the light would just switch off. After 10 mins it turned itself back on. Now it only seems to shut down fully when the battery power is on red.
