Can anyone help. I have the Acer 3613WLMi, when I bought it I made a Boot Disk. I now have problems with it and wanted to go back to the Factory Settings. I went into the eRecovery and entered 000000 as a password clicked system recovery and asked for Factory Default Image. OK to destroy partition. Symantec screen comes up then I get errors.

Decompression error, Abort? Y/N if I say Y it just throws me out if N it tells me Application Error 19230 Corruption in the Image File. Perform an integrity check on the image. I have tried using the Backup Disk I did when I bought the machine this is not working. HELP!!!!
