hello everybody, hope somebody is able to help a women... working on a laptop.
    I have the following problem(s)
I tried to set my laptop to factory by CD and Alt + F10, and everything works great until it gets to the Acer Launch erecovery solution section. That last part never stopps and I was wondering if there is a way to turn it off. I know I have to do something on Task Manager to get the screen off and than I also have to do something on system configuration, but I don't know what, because I tried to disable acer launch.exe and apply, but it still pops up after restart.

Why does factory default doesn't solve the problem, or do I have to change something in BIOS. Does anybody know, and if not, does anybody know what I have to disable in system configuration, so it would not pop up everytime I start the laptop and stays gone for good?

I also have another question, because I would like to change Temp and TMP to another drive (F) after I partion...., but I really don't know what to change and how.
I know that I change it in browser history/setting and move it to F
I also know that I also have to change in
advanced system settings/environment variables..........., but I don't how to change the variable value, and I don't know what to change at systems value
% userprofile%\Appa Data\ Local\Temp, do I have to write my name in between the % sign and erase Appa Data\Local\Temp? and the same with the TMP? please write it down the way it's supposed to look!!!!!!

and at the system value, what do I change there. Is it just from C to F?

    and last question System properties/advanced/performance/settings
I know I have to change something there too, but please write it down the way it supposed to look!!!!!!

Everything must be very, very easy for me to understand, because I'm a women

    Thank you for your time
