ACER 7720 CPU / GPU / RAM upgrade

Hi guys. i have an acer 7720g. im looking to upgrade my ram, cpu and gpu to deal with newer games on the market. Primarily star wars the old republic.

at present i have a hd2300 grpahics card, a t7300 cpu and 2 gig of ram.

I will upgrade to 4 gig of ram.

I am looking for advice on what grpahics card i should get. i belive its a mxm type 2 socket.

i am also looking for what cpu to upgrade to. i think i have a socket p but not sure.

I do not want to buy a new machine. i want to do the upgrade over time when cash is availible to me.

I dont want the best upgrades as i know these will be costly so im looking for cost effective solution, as in the best upgrade for the best price.

For the CPU, you can use up to T9500; possibly also X9000.

 

Cheers buddy those looks awsome. im on a slightly tight budget, i can spend about £50 on a cpu any suggestions, i dont mind if its 2nd hand. i think i have t he gpu sorted out but ill let u know
