I sent my laptop to ACER repair center to solve the “buzzing” issue. The motherboard was replaced; no “buzzing” problem, but other issues appears:

1- Cosmetic issues: scratches on the upper top of the laptop, damage on the case on top of the fireware connector, silver part near the connector also damaged and “door lock” of the port above the PCMCIA gets lose.
2-Hardware issue, NO sound on the speakers, I have sound only on the headphones.

I received on my business addr, i.e. I did not test everything, and I am afraid that more issues will appears.

Any suggestions? I call the 1-800 , and the answer was “You need to send the laptop back” . Does anyone had this kind of issues after send to repair ?
