hi my 8204 is getting hotter recently,it's hotter then it's used to be.
i already did the undervolting, and applied arctic silver.
now the idle is 58-60 compared to before its 65-70.

i wanna replace the heatsink and fan, will this solve the problem?

    thx ^^

Try to clean your vents & heat sinks (Remove dust using compressed air)

    BTW your temps are fine

yea i cleaned mine, but i still feel that its hotter than it used to be.
do you know what is the normal temp for the 8204?
i have a new fan and heatsink, but if it will be the same, maybe i'll just save it in case my fan is really broken.

I blasted out the dust from the inside out of the vent, and that helped alot... it was weird to use my computer and have the fan turn off!

A couple nice size globs of nasty dust came out.

But then my fan broke, and god damnit my new one is on the way, but not soon enough.

Anyways, save your new fan (if it's the same) until yours breaks.
