    ACER 8204 and CounterStrike freezing problems

    I bought a Acer 8204. It runs most games flawlessly except my favorite game, counter strike (source). When I boot up the game I am able to play for about 1-3 minutes and then the screen will freeze and I can't usually alt-tab out or ctrl-alt-del so I have to hit the power button to shut it down.

    I have tried Omega Drivers, DHZeropoint drivers, Realtek drivers (7.2), and none of them seem to make a difference. I have also tried all different types of settings and resolutions and dx levels and they dont seem to make a difference.

    Is anybody else familiar with this problem and is there a solution? I have tried searching everywhere for answers and I can not seem to find what I need.

    All help is greatly appreciated. :confused:
