Just got myself a Blackberry Curve 8900 and installed the software onto my 8930G. I've noticed that when the laptop now starts up it takes a while for it to boot. I've tried going into msconfig and disabling all the Blackberry programs on startup, doesn't make any difference. Have to fully uninstall the software to have it running as normal.
Has anyone else had problems with their laptop and blackberry software?

Huh, I actually have the Blackberry Pearl 8100 and ever since I've installed the software for it my laptop seems to boot slower than before. To be more specific - the booting is normal but when I log in into Vista it takes a while before it loads all the programs in the tray(startup programs) something that wasn't happening before. I never realized it's caused by the BB application...thanks for that.

I agree with Chris, I think the problem is in the BB software not in our laptops.
