    PLEASE HELP, someone!

    My Hardware:
    8940G-i7-1,6GHZ-4GBDDR3ram-WIN7
    MR816Xsoundmodule(Steinberg) - connected via firewireport on 8940G - latest sounddriver 1.5.2 installed

    My problem:
Noice and Sound-dropouts especially when running soundmodule together with Cubase5-recording program (Cubase also win7 updated)

My ideas boout the reason (cannot verify):
    1. RAM too little
    2. SpeedStep causes clock-change (cannot edit in BIOS)
    3. Jmicron fireport does not match soundmodule-driver well

    Does anyone have a solution?!
