    Have an Acer Aspire 4736z working fine on AC Power also the battery is new and checked and showing charging in the windows but as soon as i take out the AC Power adapter the laptop is switched off . Please if you have any solution in mind discuss , Thanks

    I'm guessing there's a short circuit somewhere. Check the battery and notebook contact points.
