    Good day!

    ACER Aspire 7520G laptop.

    Problem -
after connecting the power supply, the Power and Charge LEDs on the front panel of the laptop are off. The laptop does not turn on when I press the power button. I plugged in another power supply - LEDs are off and laptop won't turn on.

    Question -
what could be the problem? Is this a typical malfunction of this laptop or not? How do I get my laptop to work?

    Thanks for the tips!

Sounds like the classic Nvidia chipset failure that plagued these systems (not the MXM GPU, the actual chipset is what has failed). Your only option is to replace the motherboard. Fortunately they are cheap and aliexpress has plenty of brand new ones in stock. Make sure to purchase the model with the MXM connector (MBAK302003) as you have a 7520G and not a 7520.

Thank you so much for the answer!

I decided to buy an Intel motherboard with a built-in graphics card for this laptop. I can't buy a motherboard with the possibility of installing a video card, because I can't find cooling for the video card. In any case, buying a motherboard on Intel is the best way out. There is no point in buying a motherboard on AMD, because it may fail again due to the problem you have indicated. Thank you again for the hint!
