    guys I have ACER EXTENSA 5620Z and now I have one speaker working... I checked all the drivers even I formatted Laptop as well... might be a hardware issue.. help please...

    Connect the headphones- if both work that means your audio settings are in fact correct co it's the speaker that's not working.
    If the headphones give you the same result it's either driver or settings that's causing the issue.
