I have ACER 5002 WLMI. I partitioned the ACERDATA drive into 15GB linux and 30 GB fat32 partition and installed Linux in it. Problem is, now when I try to back up my windows partition using erecovery, I get an error saying monitor: "image size error"
The suse boot utility shows a vendor partition, and when I try to boot into it, I get a message asking for command intepretor. That tells me that something on the hidden acer partition is messed up. I just can't figure out what. I didn't touch it all. The boot utility might have overwritten something on that partition, I don' know.
Can anyone help? Have you had this error? Is there any way to restore the hidden partition? I have the original restore DVD's that I made when i got my laptop, but those are only the C drive.
I need to make new backups of C DRive ASAP.
