Hmmm.....just got my computer back![]()
I sent my laptop to get it fixed, since I had a problem with "the latchless design" two weeks ago. Last week I got it back from Acer, but DVD-ROM was cracked open. They broke it and sent it back to me!!! So I called back and scheduled another pick up. Today I recieved it and guess what... DVD Rom fixed, but I am missing plastic cover for the PC-card slot and one of the four rubber stands on the bottom of the laptop.
Now I have to send it back 3rd time![]()
Did anyone experience problems with Acer tech support, cauze based on my experience the SUCK, even more then HP? HP support is poor at communication, but they atleast can fix laptops.
Surely Acer support can schedule pick up without any problems, but I thought they supposed to fix the laptops not break them!!!
What really pisses me off, is that its going to be 3rd week without the laptop, and I use it a lot for school!!!!

well that's just terrible that
1) They further broke the laptop from what it was originally
and
2) Didn't bother to inspect it for faults when sending it back
I haven't had experience with Acer support, was this in the USA or Russia that such a thing happened to you? Support certainly varies by country.
