For some reason my Sound Card just stopped working properly, Windows detects no sound card at all and if I go to the Device Manager there are like 100+ entries for a High Definition Audio device in the "Other Devices" section.

I already tried re-installing the drivers but it didn't work. Any idea what's wrong?

Sorry for the bump but I really need help with this.

Already tried formatting the computer, it worked on the first run then after the reboot the same problem happened, Vista started showing popups for unkown new hardware and the sound card stops working, the Mixer says it can't find any audio device.
