    i heard the original disc of win XP only 3 time of usage... so people can format computer only 3 times with the CD? is it true? FACT or FACK?

    an original official windows xp cd is just a cd. it can be read many hundreds of times. what was the question????

    if you are refering to windows activation key that comes with your win xp, yes it has a limited numbers of activations.

    I have the original XP disk for my dell, gateway, and hp, never once was I asked for the activation key and I have completely modified all 3 computers and reinstalled the os numerous times. The disk that I have for my gateway and dell are xp media center, the hp is xp pro
