    Hi,

I have this Extensa 4210 laptop which upon bootup hangs briefly after displaying the ACER logo on startup. On close observation, I notice the fan was no longer rotating (Initially the fan was spinning then stops after ACER logo displays on screen during bootup).

Upon close inspection of the fan after opening the laptop, the fan looks intact without any damage whatsoever.

Thank you and appreciate the hints on what options you might advice me to take.

    Best Regards
    Mangi Wantok
