The light on the power button is always on when connected to the battery or the AC power source. Pressing the button to shut off the machine doesn't have any effect. Disconnecting from the power source and holding the button for 10, 30, 60 seconds doesn't do anything either. The screen is black and it doesn't seem like the fan is running. Could this be a fan problem or is it something bigger like the motherboard? Any insight or suggestins would be much appreciated.
