Sorry my bad english... I have an acer aspire 1691wlmi. I'm wondering how does it's fan get information when to work. Sometimes when i turn on laptop and start play something, laptop get's very warm and fan doesn't start at all. processor temperature shows over 60'c. then i restart the computer and fan starts spinning and then it works normally. is it a bug? or what?

You can enable quiet startup but the fans come at the start while the cpu has to hit 70 before the fan kicks in IIRC.
