Does anybody know how to enable DDR400 in this notebook?

I noticed in the User Manual that this notebook supports both DDR333 & DDR400 so I replaced the memory with 2 x 512 DDR400 supplied by OCZ.

OCZ Technical Support said that this memory would be compatible. The memory installed OK, runs OK, but when checking with either CPU-Z or SiSoft Sandra Pro the memory seems to be running at DDR333.

    Any thoughts out there?
