Anyone else having problems getting their 1810TZ (or any 1810 model I'd guess) working properly with an iPod Touch? I just got my Touch yesterday, and I tried tons of things last night. iTunes simply won't recognize my Touch.

At this point I just wanna know if anyone does have it working on an 1810 model with Win 7. I'm using the original WIn 7 Home Premium that came on it.

    THANKS.

Just attached my iPod Touch 2nd Generation last night and it works ok for me. Using the pre-installed Windows Home Premium on an 1810TZ.

    Really?!

I'm also using the pre-installed Win7 Home Premium.

So it must be something I'm running on my system then. Good to know. This really has me confounded now, because I tried everything. Spent hours with Apple support, on phone and in person.

Maybe I should restore the system to factory settings and start clean. But that's such a drag to do. :-(

    FIXED!!!

Turns out it was a firewall program I had installed called Comodo. It was turned off, but needed to be completely uninstalled. Once I did that, iTunes and my iPod worked perfectly together!

Thank you so much for the confirmation David, because I had given up until I read that you had no problems.

    Phew. :)
