    Acer 3680/3682 BIOS Currupted

    Hi this is my first post on this site so i appologise if posted inccorect.
    I have a Acer Aspire 3682 and i was installing a Intel T5200 cpu, before installing i download the lates bios from acers site and run the update but it crashed and now it will not boot. i have tried sevral methods of flashing the chip but with no luck. Problems i had where laptop does not have a floppy drive. When i push the power button the laptop fan comes on makes a beep and the leds flash but the screen does not open/work so i need a way to flash the bios blind? i have the correct bios in a folder on my partners laptop.
    Please could someone advise on how i can recover my bios.

    I have noticed motherboards about £50 so going to take me 3-4 weeks to save up :( :(

    SO i am willing to try any methods available

    Have you tried BIOS Recovery method described here?
    You don't have to use FDD- just an USB thumb drive.
