I know alot of people have been talking about how bad the keyboard on the 3680 is, but I have been wondering how to remove the keyboard on it. I have seen a few screws on the back of it (1 next to the lock and 1 on each of the screen hinges, but I am a little uneasy about removing them without knowing what they do :) ).

If anyone can provide me with a bit of information regarding this, it would be much appreciated.

    Thnx in advance,
    LB

My keyboard sucks too on my 3680. The "z" key fell off one day and I swear I used it once in maybe 6 months... Then the backspace key fell off.

Anyways, I plan on buying a new one and putting it on myself. Removal is pretty easy- but be careful upon reinstallation- if the ribbon cable is just one hair off, it will not allow the computer to boot.

Excellent work guys, thanks for the responses. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be unscrewing anything that didn't need to be. :)
