I recently upgraded my Acer 3680-2633 to the full 2Gb. Afterwards, I notice random time where after I shutdown, I am unable to restart. When I press the power button, it lights up, but nothing else happen (drive doesn't spin). The problem is usually corrected by removing the battery and AC adapter.

After some research, it appeared to be a BIOS timing issue that affects Acer 3680 with a pair of DIMM. I had BIOS version 1.3502, and it apparently still have the problem. After I flash the BIOS to 1.3505, the problem went away.
