I ordered to following RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146849 and both modules do not work together in my 3680-2682. I can put them in 1 at a time and it boots registering 2gb of ram. But when I put them both in I'm assuming the timings are too tight and the bios doesn't post. What memory timings & memory modules to achieve 4gb have worked for you guys?

Timings don't matter when it comes to RAM so long as you get the right type which you did. Ideally, you want lower timings. But your chipset can't support 4GB of RAM. I believe only the PM45 and GM45 can fully support 4GB and higher assuming there is BIOS support for it.
