    Acer 3690 Hard drive and Empowering tech issues

    I recently had a complete HD crash that required a clean in stall.The issue was I couldn't get any data from drive C to Drive D.This resulted in my HD giving me a black screen prompting for the recovery disc.Which I didn't have.Now that I am back up and running,how do I move files between drive C and D?My other issue lies with the Empowering Technology Widget.I was told away to deactivate this to save disc/memory space.How do I shut it down?I do not use it.Thanks in advance for any help. :confused2:
