Anyone know if there is a talk of an Acer 3820TG Sandy Bridge replacement? Or something comparable? And available in USA this time (wth is Acer thinking?)

I want a decent small laptop as an "extra" instead of a netbook, mainly because I want to game occasionally and my current netbook is nice, but I can't get better than 15fps in Starcraft 2 at lowest settings. Although $780 shipped from Canada is about best I can get, and about twice the cost of my current netbook  , kinda hard to justify.

Now it's reasonably available through Canada, maybe a replacement will be more readily available and even in the USA. Preferably with ATI's (AMD, whatever) Optimus type solution.

No clue, not even a 540M/560M/580M stock refresh on sight.

I'd love to find something similar to this laptop available in the US. The Asus UL30, etc.. aren't powerful enough, the HP's are much more expensive, are there any other options?
