    I bought mine there. They were great. The 3810T or TG keyboard fits the 3820TG. See if you can find a UK model on ebay. I would also check to see if Acer UK has a replacement for the 3820TG, the HD5470 is sold there. You will have to ship back to Germany for warranty work in all probability.

    i cant understand why they are not sold in UK , will they be comming soon?

    Acer obviously can't meet demand for the TimelineX models. The initial product "roll-out" did not make a lot of sense. Somebody decided that the US market needed the 4820TG, not the 3820TG. As far as I can see, only the German retailers have any kind of diversity in the models they have access to. Maybe the Singaporians as well.

    At this point, I doubt that we will see the models doing anything but refreshing. I would not expect to see the 3820TG in the US anytime soon. The question is "will the new fusion and Sandy bridge CPU/GPU combos be incorporated into the TimelineX Brand or will we be looking at, yet another design that the company can't catch up with in Q1."
