I inherited an Acer 4315 notebook because no one knows the passwords. It has the Vista op sys on it. (Password Protected) I removed the Cmos Battery and shorted the battery terminals. I left the battery out all night; I put the machine back together and it didn’t still neutralize the Cmos password. Does anyone have any suggestions??
